• Maintenance services: Our on-site inspection, evaluation, and electrical and functional testing determine the current condition of your electrical equipment. We provide detailed documentation about any deficiencies we find, and we can replace any faulty parts we find.

• Switching device reconditioning services: sometimes referred to as switching device Level 1 maintenance or reconditioning, this service begins with our maintenance service and includes strategic disassembly and cleaning of specific components to return your switching devices to fully functional operation. We make adjustments to meet OEM specifications.

• Switching device remanufacturing services: Sometimes referred to as Level 2 repair or remanufacturing, this service includes everything in the reconditioning service, but we also sandblast and coat components to protect them from corrosion. We can powder coat frame components, silver plate current-carrying components and zinc plate mechanical components. We ensure all settings and adjustments are made to OEM specifications.

At every stage, from maintenance to remanufacturing, our team performs final electrical and functional testing to ensure your switching device is working optimally. We can also add thermal monitoring, arc flash sensors and other new technologies to offer you additional peace of mind. We can even upgrade your trip unit to a modern one.
