Course Description
The online version of this course is delivered via Microsoft Teams meeting with a live instructor. Electrical hazards such as arc flash and electric shock exist at most worksites. It is essential that all workers, not just electrical workers, are aware of the electrical hazards that exist. This half-day course is tailored specifically for non-electrical workers. The course covers the basics needed to work safety around electrical equipment and the electrical hazards. Attendees will be given the skills to properly identity electrical hazards and the tools needed to mitigate/eliminate the risk associated with electric shock and arc flash.
