Les Anderson is Magna IV Engineering’s Vice President - Strategic Development, Contracts and Supply (BD, Sales & Marketing). As a key member of Magna IV’s Senior Leadership Team, Les is responsible for leading and driving growth with skilled teams of Business Development, Marketing, and Sales professionals to achieve year after year industry-leading sales targets to ensure continued organizational success. Les is a renowned industry leader with unparalleled networks, excelling on all sides of business and industry tables.

Les previously held senior leadership positions such as EVP and Vice President where he led or provided expert, pragmatic advice, and counsel on some of the world’s largest projects, to multi-disciplinary teams in multi-billion-dollar industries. He has lived and worked internationally and brings invaluable tenure and diverse experience, including Canada, the USA, South America, Europe, Asia, and the Middle East. He utilizes strong Value-of-the-Person principles, and his relationships are collaborative and built upon transparency and trust. He strongly believes in and supports reconciliation, equality, diversity, and inclusion (EDI).

Les has earned seven professional certifications along with his Master’s in Business Administration and Project Management. He serves on numerous Organizations, Boards, Associations and Committees and in various Executive roles or capacities. He is Strategic Advisor - Supply Chain Canada (SCC) Nova Scotia and Chair, Ethics & Discipline Committee - SCC Alberta Canada. He continues to mentor or coach many in both career-path and academia. Les and his wife, along with families of three adult children enjoy real estate, travel, the outdoors, kayaking, biking, hiking, and skiing. On top of this, Les still finds time to participate in numerous sports, at all levels, including golf and ice hockey.
